GENERAL PRICE INFORMATION

• The prices are per night/apartment incl. legal VAT, bed linen, towels and other taxes.

• City tax € 2.50 per person and night (children up to 2 years free).

• Final cleaning € 100,- per apartment.

• Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 9:00 a.m. at the latest.

• In the event of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the travel price will be charged.

• We reserve the right to change prices - the booking confirmation is valid.

• Mountainbikes/E-Bikes can be rented on request.

• Unregistered persons will be billed separately.

• We accept no credit cards.

• Dogs are only welcome on request. Write us a message.

• 30% deposit after booking (received after 5 days at the latest).

• Payment of the balance before arrival (bank transfer) or on the day of arrival (in cash).​

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee, after 100%.

• Cancellations after Austrian hotel contract conditions
